How would you describe a typical week at the Archer Academy?

A typical week at school goes by really quickly! Your timetable will help you get around. There are loads of different subjects so something for everyone to enjoy. The week is full of news things which is quite exciting. You’ll learn some cool things like science and languages. Enrichment is a key thing. It takes place twice a week and is lots of fun.

What are the teachers like?

The teachers are really nice and welcoming. Every teacher will support your learning and teach you everything you need to know. They help you through your lessons and really care about your experiences at school. They make learning fun.

How do you find your way around the building?

The way you find your route around school is easy. There is a one-way system in place which helps. There are 3 floors. LG (Lower School, Ground Floor), LF (Lower School, First Floor) and LS (Lower School, Second Floor). This might sound confusing, but as long as you follow the system, you’ll always find your way around.

What would be your top three tips for making new friendships?

  • Don’t jump straight into a friendship. Get to know people first
  • Don’t be shy
  • Show people that they can trust you
