The Archer Garden

The Archer Garden was built in 2021 by a group of Archer parents with a grant from Grange Big Local. It is a tranquil, green space which provides students with the opportunity for outdoor teaching, learning and mentoring. We welcome wellbeing partnerships to support students and have even had ponies in the garden for equine therapy sessions.

The garden also provides parents and the wider community with a space to socialise and work together. It is maintained by a dynamic group of volunteers, the Green Arrow Garden Association (or GAGA), who describe themselves as a ‘not so serious group of individuals, dedicated to weeding, planting, growing and socialising together, as well as working alongside the school and wider community. The GAGA team is always looking to welcome new members to share in future garden adventures.
