Wednesday 3 June, 6pm – 9pm

Following the high levels of interest in the Archer Academy, we are holding an open evening for Year 5 children and their parents who are considering applying for a place from September 2016. This will take place on Wednesday 3 June from 6pm to 9pm at our Beaumont Close campus.

Year 7 students will be available to take you on a tour of the school, giving you the chance to explore the classrooms and take part in activities, as well as meeting our teachers and governors. Our new headteacher will be present, and will give talks at 6.00pm, 6.40pm, 7.20pm, 8.00pm and 8.40pm.

We are delighted that our open evenings are always incredibly popular. However, in the past this has led to relatively long waiting times for some families. Therefore we suggest that all families who are planning to attend book tickets for our headteacher’s talks using our Eventbrite page, which you can find here: http://tinyurl.com/archerevents

If we have a large number of attendees once again, we will have two queues for the event; one for families who have booked tickets for a headteacher’s talk and the other for non-ticket holders. If you haven’t booked a ticket, you are still welcome to attend the open evening, but you may well have a longer wait, so do please book a ticket if you can.

In order to keep the event running as smoothly as possible and minimise the time spent waiting, we would ask ticket holders to arrive no more than 45 minutes before their timed slot.

Please note there is no parking on site; we would be grateful if anyone parking in nearby roads would do so with consideration for local residents.
