Seven of our students were invited to take part in the prestigious National Students’ Art Exhibition, under the patronage of The Royal Society of British Artists. Each student was asked to produce a piece of artwork; they could use any materials and choose any theme. They worked tirelessly to come up with ideas, before completing preparation work and their final piece, all done in their own time.

All entries were assessed by a committee of five, which included senior RBA members. Certificates were awarded for students whose work was selected to be exhibited at the National Students Exhibition and also for those whose work was highly commended but not selected.

Following the committee’s decision, we are delighted to announce that Hannah’s and Lucas’ entries were selected to be exhbiited in the final exhibition. Additionally, Karina, Mikaela, Yolanda, Martyna, Akira and Ali were all highly commended. This is a fantastic achievement by our students, particularly given their ages; all secondary schools in the UK were invited to take part and competition was very stiff. We are incredibly proud of them all.
