If you would like to raise a concern or make a complaint, you can do so by telephone on 020 8365 4110, by email to email@example.com, or in writing to The Archer Academy, Stanley Road Campus, Eagans Close, London N2 8GA.
Your concern or complaint will be directed to the member of staff who is best placed to deal with it (in most cases, a member of the senior leadership team), and you will receive an initial response within 24 hours.
